Event Online Registration Help
Our online event registration is provided through a service. Please follow along the instructions below, as you complete your registration.
LOGIN screen To register for an online event, you will need to login (unfortunately, this can be tricky). >IF you get an error message that your email is already in the system, you can try using your camp online registration password (it usually doesn't work) Once this is complete this is your password for Online Event Registration, it does NOT change your password for Camper Online Registration. .... see what I mean? it's tricky! Welcome screen At the welcome screen use the drop down box to 'Select event' once the event is selected, basic information about that event will apear below with the event name, program type, site and the start and end date of the event. Contact Info The Contact Info asks for your 'Organization Name' you can skip this box and continue with you name (or the name and info of the contact person in your family), address, etc. The screen will not advance without certain fields filled in, but please fill in all the fields except the Organization. Attendees This screen is to let us know the number of attendees in your family and the gender and age range. This information helps us with planning the activities. There are no fees associated with this page, because we are offering our events at a package rate that includes housing, meals and activities. The fees will be on the next screen. Activities (the Fee screen) Our Event Packages include lodging, meals and activities. Enter the number of 'packages' you wish to reserve (*NOTE: Family Camp has a $700 max, so choose '1' MAX package if you have more than 4 persons in your group). Housing Housing is in the Cabin Village and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, we will do our best to accomodate any specific requests. Billing Info A minimum deposit of $100 is required for any online reservation, but full payment at the time of registration is greatly appreciated. There are no discounts available for Family Camp. This section is very specific. Select the payment method (the only one available at this time is credit card, but you have to select it anyway). Enter the amount to charge your credit card in the Deposit Amount field (Full Payment is appreciated). The Deposit Amount must be in whole numbers only, no decimal point will cause the Continue button not to work (for example; 700 not 700.00). Do NOT use a dollar sign ($). Select the card type from the drop down menu. Enter your credit card number with no spaces or dashes, just run all the numbers together in the box provided. The card security code is a 3 digit number on the back of your card (except Amex- it is four digits on the front). Enter the expiration date (MMYY) in four digits with no dashes or slashes. PLEASE NOTE: Our system is set up to take your information, but not submit it to your credit card company until our registrar physically processes your registration. Your card will NOT be immediately charged and double charges human error, only. Summary Review your selections on the Summary screen, you may use the tabs to go back and change any information. Once you are satisfied that the information is correct, Press 'Continue' to complete your registration. This will generate an email to you to verify that the registration has been submitted and an email to our office alerting us to a new registration, yours!
