Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp & Retreat Center, Inc. is a Christian ministry with a variety of living and recreational facilities that are available for religious, civic, and school groups to rent.

Cabin Village
8 cabins with a central lodge; useful for
larger group gatherings, family retreats,
school retreats and for smaller groups, too
There is a brand new bathhouse and a new meeting facility, The Upper Room, that can accomodate large and small groups.

Sukkah Village
6 Sukkahs (hard surface tents, with cots)
with pavillion and bathhouse; ideal for scout
groups, camping retreats, college gatherings,
hiking groups and father/son retreats

Adult only Retreat facility located just
one and a half hours from the D.C. area
20 person maximum, linens provided

Retreat Planning

To reserve a facility of Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp & Retreat Center, Inc., follow the following steps:

Select a date with an alternative or two.
Call (540-933-6266), fax (540-933-6971) or email (Pastor Wayne) with the date and facility information.
We will send you a contract with the agreed upon information.
Return the completed contract (with proper deposit) to the camp within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the contract. A deposit and signed contract are required for a confirmed commitment of reservation.
An appointment may be made with the Camp to see the camp.
Visits without an appointment are not allowed for the courtesy and safety of all our groups.

Deposit is not refundable if cancellation of reservation is made within 180 days of reserved date, unless that date is rescheduled by another group.
