Spend a week with us while we look to see where archeology, astronomy, geology and ecology intersect our faith. Take time to explore an ongoing archeology dig that dates back to the days when the Native American tribes of the Shenandoah Valley area shared hunting ground because it was so abundant.
Look up at stars you feel you can almost touch, because of the lack of interfearing light (in other words, it's so dark in Fort Valley that the stars really feel like they are closer and brighter). Discover what the mountain is made of and how they make a difference in the vegetation and animal population in this area.
Wade into Passage Creek and see what inhabitants are hiding under the rocks and in the eddys; hike into the woods and look for signs of the wildlife that calls this area home. Pull all these together and discover where they intersect our faith. Through conversations, experiences, studies and discovery we will explore each of these areas and wherein lies our faith.
