Spend a couple of days warming up your leg muscles Mountain Biking on the trails in the George Washington National Park. Carry your gear with you, because you'll be spending the night out on the trail.

Give your legs a rest and work out those biceps as you paddle down the Shenandoah River. Glide through some rapids and maybe even see one of the bald eagles that nest in that area. And again, you'll be spending the night off-site, along the river bank. While on camp, Peddle and Paddle campers stay in the Sukkah Village.

No special equipment needed, we provide the bikes, helmets, canoes, dry bags and PFDs. Just come ready for the challenge.
