You'll be signing up for two weeks of staff training and eight weeks of varied outdoor adventure - May 29 to August 13. There may be opportunities to begin a couple weeks early and stay a week or two later.

 

Flexible academic internships and college credit are available.

​

Base pay is $3,000 for the summer plus lodging and meals. Higher pay available for experience at any camp, years in college, and certifications.

​

Live and play in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of VA, near Washington D.C. Experience George Washington National Forest, the Shenandoah River, Skyline Drive, and Shenandoah National Park - all within a short walk or drive.

 

Every week is a new adventure.

New campers arrive each Sunday and leave on Friday. Counselors get Friday evening to Sunday morning off. New camps and activities are scheduled each week.

You must be able to share your faith story and encourage young people to grow in their own relationship with Jesus Christ. You must embrace the adventure of the outdoors and work well in a team.
