The theme of Summer Camp 2022 connects with the 2022 ELCA Youth Gathering theme of God’s Boundless Love: Beyond Measure.
**Please know we continue to be flexible in our planning as we adapt to the changes of the world and keep the health and safety of our guests, summer campers, and staff in mind.**
COVID-19 Note: Caroline Furnace continues to follow the guidelines and requirements of CDC, VDH, and American Camp Association (ACA), in consultation with our healthcare advisory team.

Are there any discounts available?Yes! We offer three discounts: Early Bird Discount ($15) auto-applies to any registration before March 15th, 2022. Sibling Discount ($25) auto-applies to your household after paying full price for your first child. This discount is available until May 1st. Multi-Week Discount ($25) - When registering for multiple weeks, use code MULTI2022 to receive a discount. Please note: Discounts do NOT apply to the following - Confirmation Camp, Family Camp, Volunteers/Chaplains, or LIT! (Leaders in Training) - as they are being offered at discounted rates.

What are your financial and cancellation policies?$150 Non-Refundable Deposit: Fees for each week include a $150 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total cost. Switching Weeks: We can transfer your camper registration to another week within the same season at no additional charge, depending upon availability. Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made 10 days prior to the start of your camp week. You will be refunded the full amount paid minus your $150 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the start of your camp week may receive a refund only by exception, at the discretion of the Executive Director. Payment Plans: Until April 30, you may choose to set up a payment plan that includes two equal installments on May 1st and June 1st. We do not accept American Express.

Do you offer any scholarships?Yes! Financial need should never be the reason that prevents someone from coming to Summer Camp. Find our Scholarship Request Form here!

Summer Camp is a place that supports new experiences, close friendships, limitless fun, and faith made tangible. Campers engage in daily worship and Bible study, plus a wide range of activities. They’ll get to swim, canoe, fish, creekwalk, play group games, hike, cook over a campfire, create crafts, and so much more! Each week, volunteer chaplains from nearby Lutheran congregations join us in supporting faith development.
