NEW for 2020: Spring Break Work Weeks: March 9-13, March 16-20
Grab your work gloves and come spend Spring Break at camp; we need your help with the Moyer Lodge and Farmhouse upgrades! This is a large-scale project and many hands make light(er) work.
Lodging and meals are provided for the length of your stay - come for a day or stay for both weeks. There is no cost to participate, but an option is available during registration to help fund the project. No skill required. Spring Break Work Weeks are for all ages, not just college students. Invite your friends!
March 6-8 - Paul Bunyan Weekend
March 9-13 - Spring Break Work Week 1
March 20-22 - Spring Work Weekend
March 16-20 - Spring Break Work Week 2
TBD - Fall Work Weekend
Join us in giving back to Caroline Furnace! No cost to register and attend - but there is an option to Fund a Project during registration and we will request free will donations for meals throughout the weekend.
If you'd like to come to one of our Work Weekends, please register online using the button above. You may arrive anytime after 6pm on Friday. We provide meals Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast and lodging in the Cabin Village. Most of the work happens on Saturday, with Sunday typically reserved for finishing up high priority projects.

Paul Bunyan Weekend is a smaller Work Weekend dedicated to tree removal in high usage areas. We split into crews on Saturday to:
Drop trees that are dead, dying or growing too close to structures
Split and stack firewood from the trees that are cut
Clear downed trees from trails
Restock firewood racks at campfire circles
Spring and Fall Work Weekends may involve any number of projects, to include construction (sheds, docks, low ropes elements, bridges, facility updates), interior work (hanging drywall, painting, refinishing floors), trail maintenance, brush clearing, and basic repairs. It varies from season to season based upon current needs and crew size.
