Early Bird Discount $15

This discount applies to registrations before March 15.

 

Sibling Discount $25

After paying full price for the first child in your household, this discount will apply to each subsequent sibling in the family registered by May 1.

Multi-Week Discount $25

When registering for multiple weeks, use code MULTI2020 to receive a discount.

Please Note: Discounts do not apply to the following - Camp at Home, Confirmation Camp, Family Camp, Volunteers/Chaplains, or LIT! (Leaders in Training) - as they are being offered at discounted rates. 

  

Financial and Cancellation Policies

$150 Non-Refundable Deposit: Fees for each week include a $150 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total cost.

 

Switching Weeks: We can transfer your camper registration to another week within the same season at no extra charge, depending on availability.

 

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made 10 days prior to the start of your camp week. You will be refunded the full amount paid minus your $150 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the start of your camp week may receive a refund only by exception, at the discretion of the Executive Director.

Payment Plans: Plans are available for any registrations before April 25. Registrations before March 15 may pay the deposit upon checkout, then the remaining balance in a 3-part payment plan; registrations by April 25 may choose a 2-part payment plan. Any registrations after April 25 are expected to pay the balance in full.
