Thank You for Your Support of Your Outdoor Ministry!

Caroline Furnace is so blessed with an amazing, supportive community filled with donors, camper families, retreat guests, former staff, and more. We are so grateful for YOU! The grand total for our #12DaysofGiving fundraiser exceeded our goal of $12,000.

Together, we reached $19,294 in just 12 days!

Six Month Campaign Total: $90,000 of $200,000 goal

Let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at havest time, if we do not give up. So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all. - Galatians 6:9-10a

Your continued and generous partnership in ministry will ensure we reach next summer, and the next, so campers and counselors may return once again to sing by a campfire, run through the fields, swim in the lake, look up at the stars, and build community together - for decades to come. We will continue to rely on your generous support throughout this pandemic - because the world needs Caroline Furnace tomorrow!

The Lord has provided us with wonderful gifts, that we may proclaim the gospel boldly through Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp and Retreat Center.

Help us continue to share the kind of holiday cheer that will last all year long!

Charitable Giving in 2020*

$300 Standard Deduction / $600 if married filing jointly

Most taxpayers take advantage of the standard deduction when they are filing their Federal Income Tax Returns. The CARES Act provides an additional, "above-the-line" charitable deduction on top of the standard deduction for these taxpayers.

Taxpayers who do not itemize their deductions can take a one-time deduction of up to $300 for gifts made to Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp & Retreat Center. The deduction applies ONLY for gifts of cash made in the calendar year 2020.

If you are not itemizing on your 2020 taxes, you can claim this new deduction.
